As part of a global Girls 4 Girls movement, we champion inclusive leadership and building a strong and supportive ecosystem by providing access to professional mentorship, practical skill-building resources, and a global community of women leaders. Together with local changemakers, we’re creating a future where women’s leadership thrives – and is proudly celebrated.

G4G Mentorship Pillars

1

Inclusive Mentorship

G4G Mentorship Circles are dynamic, community-based learning spaces where small groups of aspiring women are guided by experienced female leaders.

These circles are established in diverse environments — from workplaces and universities to local community hubs — creating accessible pathways for leadership development.

Mentors play a vital role within a global network dedicated to uplifting the next generation of women leaders, offering guidance, encouragement, and real-world insights.

By participating, mentors make a meaningful contribution to the personal and professional growth of future changemakers.

2

Insights & Inspiration

Mentees meet regularly in a safe, supportive circle with their mentor to share ambitions, explore challenges, and grow together.

Mentors are supported by a robust toolkit of resources — including structured meeting guides and engaging video lessons led by esteemed Harvard Kennedy School professors who taught Project Girls 4 Girls (G4G) co-founders.

These materials cover essential leadership topics such as negotiation, communication, courageous leadership, ethics, and public service — equipping both mentors and mentees with knowledge that empowers lasting impact.

3

Impactful Network

The G4G alumni network brings together current participants and graduates of our mentorship circles, creating an inclusive and inspiring space for continued growth.

It offers young leaders a vibrant community to exchange experiences, access valuable resources and training, and stay inspired on their personal and professional paths.

Blending warmth with professionalism, the network cultivates meaningful connections and a sense of belonging — empowering emerging leaders to flourish.

As part of the global Girls 4 Girls movement, our mission is to foster inclusive leadership, amplify women’s voices, and dismantle the barriers that limit their participation in public life, business, and corporate environments.

We strive to build a strong foundation through partnerships, mentorship programs, educational tools, and leadership development initiatives for women across business, professional, and educational fields.

By joining forces with local leaders, institutions, and driven changemakers, we aim to create a supportive ecosystem where women can thrive as leaders and advocates for their communities.

Kazakhstan – 01.08.2025 — Girls 4 Girls (G4G) Kazakhstan proudly announces a major milestone: the successful graduation of its first cohort of mentees, marking the beginning of a new chapter for inclusive women’s leadership in the country.

Launched in 2025 as part of the global G4G movement, the Kazakhstan chapter empowers young women to step confidently into leadership roles through inclusive mentorship, skill-building tools, and access to a global network of accomplished women leaders.

Over the course of the program, participants engaged in mentorship circles led by experienced female professionals across sectors including government, technology, science, and consulting. These small-group circles created safe, supportive spaces for mentees to explore their ambitions, overcome challenges, and gain the practical skills needed to thrive as future leaders.

Mentors guided mentees through a structured curriculum covering core leadership topics such as negotiation, courageous leadership, communication, ethics, and public service. Participants also benefited from world-class learning resources developed by Global Co-Gounders and based on their learning at the Harvard Kennedy School.

“This first cohort has set the bar high — their courage, curiosity, and commitment to leadership have inspired all of us,” said Anastassiya Kim, Country Lead of G4G Kazakhstan’s founding team. “They are the trailblazers of a growing movement that will reshape leadership in Kazakhstan from the inside out.”

With the successful completion of this first program cycle, G4G Kazakhstan is now focused on expanding its reach and impact. The newly graduated mentees join a growing global alumni network that provides continued support, community, and leadership development opportunities.

“The graduation of our first cohort is not an ending — it’s a beginning,” added Anna Ter-Pogossyan. “We are building a future where young women across Kazakhstan have the mentorship, confidence, and tools to lead boldly in every sphere of society.”

G4G Kazakhstan invites mentors, partners, and supporters to join in its mission to foster inclusive leadership and create equal opportunities for women and girls across the country.
