Our Cohorts

Fist Cohort of G4G Kazakhstan

Project Girls 4 Girls (G4G) Kazakhstan proudly announces a major milestone: the successful graduation of its first cohort of mentees, marking the beginning of a new chapter for inclusive women’s leadership in the country.

Launched in 2025 as part of the global G4G movement, the Kazakhstan chapter empowers young women to step confidently into leadership roles through inclusive mentorship, skill-building tools, and access to a global network of accomplished women leaders.

Over the course of the program, participants engaged in mentorship circles led by experienced female professionals across sectors including government, technology, science, and consulting. These small-group circles created safe, supportive spaces for mentees to explore their ambitions, overcome challenges, and gain the practical skills needed to thrive as future leaders.

Mentors guided mentees through a structured curriculum covering core leadership topics such as negotiation, courageous leadership, communication, ethics, and public service. Participants also benefited from world-class learning resources developed by Global Co-Gounders and based on their learning at the Harvard Kennedy School.

1. What motivated you to join G4G?

I believe that strength lies in unity - it’s in initiatives like this that true energy is born.

When I discovered the G4G program, I realized that this is exactly the kind of environment where you can be heard, share knowledge, and stand together against any form of discrimination. The topic of ageism is especially close to me - I have personally encountered its reverse form, when as a young professional you often have to prove your competence.

This became an additional incentive to join and be part of a community where people are valued over stereotypes.

2. How has the program influenced you personally or professionally?

The program gave me not only professional knowledge but also a new perspective on myself.

After participating in G4G, I learned to see my young age not as a limitation, but as a Super Power.

3. Why would you recommend other young women to join the community?

I sincerely encourage every young woman not to miss the chance to become part of this community.

In G4G you can be yourself, receive support, find mentors, and exchange experiences with those who understand your challenges and inspire you to achieve more. Here individuality is valued, your journey is respected, and you are given space to unlock your full potential.
