Kazakhstan – 30.06.2025 — Girls 4 Girls (G4G) Kazakhstan proudly announces a major milestone: the successful graduation of its first cohort of mentees, marking the beginning of a new chapter for inclusive women’s leadership in the country.
Launched in 2025 as part of the global G4G movement, the Kazakhstan chapter empowers young women to step confidently into leadership roles through inclusive mentorship, skill-building tools, and access to a global network of accomplished women leaders.
Over the course of the program, participants engaged in mentorship circles led by experienced female professionals across sectors including government, technology, science, and consulting. These small-group circles created safe, supportive spaces for mentees to explore their ambitions, overcome challenges, and gain the practical skills needed to thrive as future leaders.
Mentors guided mentees through a structured curriculum covering core leadership topics such as negotiation, courageous leadership, communication, ethics, and public service. Participants also benefited from world-class learning resources developed by Global Co-Gounders and based on their learning at the Harvard Kennedy School.
“This first cohort has set the bar high — their courage, curiosity, and commitment to leadership have inspired all of us,” said Anastassiya Kim, Country Lead of G4G Kazakhstan’s founding team. “They are the trailblazers of a growing movement that will reshape leadership in Kazakhstan from the inside out.”
With the successful completion of this first program cycle, G4G Kazakhstan is now focused on expanding its reach and impact. The newly graduated mentees join a growing global alumni network that provides continued support, community, and leadership development opportunities.
“The graduation of our first cohort is not an ending — it’s a beginning,” added Anna Ter-Pogossyan. “We are building a future where young women across Kazakhstan have the mentorship, confidence, and tools to lead boldly in every sphere of society.”
G4G Kazakhstan invites mentors, partners, and supporters to join in its mission to foster inclusive leadership and create equal opportunities for women and girls across the country.
